NanoSight has announced its upcoming Webinar: "Protein Aggregation: Measuring the onset at nanoscale".
As concern grows about the potential adverse response to sub-micron aggregates within therapeutic proteins, tools capable of measuring and quantifying these aggregates need to be developed.
Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA) is one such tool which may hold the key to unlocking this previously blind area of characterization. NTA provides high resolution size versus number distributions of aggregated proteins in the 30nm - 1.5 micron region, overcoming and complementing some of the inherent weakness/blind spots with techniques such as DLS/SEC/MFI.
Join a webinar which will explore further the capabilities of the technique. The anticipated duration of the webinar is 45 minutes, including any questions.
